How does the AI generate my card?
You describe yourself in plain language — like a short paragraph or a job title. The AI extracts your identity, writes a professional bio, slogan, services list, and business hours. It even drafts testimonials. The whole process takes under 90 seconds.
Can I change my design later?
Absolutely. You can switch themes, edit all content, upload images, and regenerate any section with AI at any time. The editor is live — you see changes in real time before saving.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
Pro and Amaze plans include a 14-day free trial. No charge until day 15. You can cancel any time before then and pay nothing. No credit card required for the Basic plan.
What is the URL format?
Your card lives at aw-cards.com/c/your-name. Pro and Amaze users can customize their slug (e.g. /c/sami-sales). Amaze users can connect a custom domain like yourname.com or cards.yourbrand.com.
How does the NFC card work?
We ship a premium PVC card pre-programmed with your card URL. Anyone taps it with a modern smartphone and your card opens instantly — no app needed. Works with iPhone and all Android phones.
What languages are supported?
The platform is available in English, Arabic, Hebrew, French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, and Italian. The AI can generate and translate your card content into any of these languages with one click.
Is there a mobile app?
No app needed. AW-CARD AI is a Progressive Web App. Your card installs to the home screen from the browser. The cabinet (your dashboard) works perfectly on mobile — no download required.
What is the AI Card Score™?
The AI Card Score rates your card from 0 to 100 based on completeness, copy quality, visual strength, and shareability. Pro and Amaze users see a detailed breakdown with specific improvement tips. It's a powerful motivator — most users push to 90+.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, any time — from the billing page in one click. No calls, no emails, no hoops. Your card stays live until the end of the paid period. After that, it moves to the Basic plan automatically.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We are GDPR compliant. We never sell your data. You can export or delete all your data at any time from Settings > Privacy.
